By creating an account or using Africans Market, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the service

Africans Market is a classifieds platform connecting individuals and businesses. We are not a party to transactions: we sell nothing ourselves, hold no funds, and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items posted.

2. Creating an account

• You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone number) when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account.
• An account is personal and cannot be resold or transferred.

3. Posting rules

• You must be the legitimate owner of what you post, or duly authorized to offer it (sale, donation, exchange or rental).
• Descriptions and photos must accurately match the real item.
• Counterfeit, stolen, illegal or dangerous products are strictly forbidden.
• "Shop" listings (clearance, auction, premium brand) require an Owner profile, subject to approval by our team.

4. Liability

Review our code of conduct and safety guides before any transaction.

5. Paid site services

Standard listing publication is free. Some options (featured placement, Premium listing) are paid and settled through the payment methods offered on the site (including Mobile Money, where available). These payments cover the site's service, never the purchase of the item itself.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an account or listing for violating these terms, our code of conduct, or a justified report from another user.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve as the site develops. The last-updated date appears at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
